My German Shorthaired Pointer Rex has been on Diamond Naturals Extreme Athlete since he was 8 months old. Perfect dog food for active GSPs, the 32% protein supports his high energy lifestyle beautifully.

Rex competes in field trials and needs sustained energy for performance. This formula keeps him fueled all day without weight gain. His muscle tone and coat condition are excellent even during intense training periods. Diamond Naturals offers great value for working dog nutrition. Rex’s focus and drive remain strong throughout long training sessions. The real meat first ingredient and no fillers philosophy works perfectly for GSPs. Highly recommended for active German Shorthaired Pointers.😋

Tried Badlands Ranch with my rescue Pit Bull mix Rocco after reading all the positive reviews here. He’s typically a picky eater but demolished his first bowl! However, I found myself questioning if it’s worth the premium price for a single-dog household. Ended up alternating between Badlands Ranch and Wellness Core, gives Rocco some variety while managing costs. Both are high-quality options and he seems happy with the rotation. Has anyone else tried mixing different premium brands? My vet said it’s fine as long as you’re consistent with transition periods. Would love to hear other approaches.🐕
