Hey GSP owners! π
Got my first German Shorthaired Pointer puppy (Scout) 3 months ago and looking for the best dog food for GSP recommendations.
He’s super high energy (obviously lol) and we do lots of hunting and field training. Want to make sure he’s getting the right nutrition to support his active lifestyle.
Current food seems okay but wondering if there’s something better for GSPs specifically? π€Looking for:
- High protein for muscle development
- Good for active dogs/working breeds
- Supports joint health (heard GSPs can have issues)
- Energy for long hunting days
- Won’t break the bank
