I’ve been doing some research into more natural and nutrient-rich ingredients for my pup’s diet, and I keep coming across dog food with kelp as a healthy option. I know kelp is packed with iodine, vitamins, and antioxidants, and it’s said to help with skin health, coat shine, and thyroid support.

I’m curious – has anyone here made the switch to dog food that includes kelp? If so:

• What brand are you using?

• Did you notice any real changes in your dog’s health or behavior?

• Are there any side effects to be aware of?

Also, I’m trying to decide between dry kibble and freeze-dried formulas with kelp. Would love your recommendations!
