    Hi everyone,

I’ve been researching ways to support my dog’s cognitive health and energy levels, and I keep coming across the benefits of MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) in dog food.

Apparently, MCT oil can help with:

    • Brain function (especially in senior dogs)

    • Healthy energy metabolism

    • Skin and coat health

    • Possibly even seizure control in some cases

Now I’m looking for a dog food that already includes MCT oil or is specially formulated with it rather than adding it separately.

A few questions for those with experience:

    • Are there any reputable brands that include MCT oil in their formulas?

    • Have you seen noticeable changes in your dog’s behavior, energy, or alertness?

    • Is it better to use a food that already includes it or to supplement separately?

    • Any downsides or side effects to be aware of?

I’d love to hear any recommendations especially if you’re using it for an aging dog, one with epilepsy, or just to boost mental sharpness.

Thanks in advance for your insights! 🐾🧴
